DIPIKA HARIPRASAD

Head of Mental Health
Dipika oversees the psychological team at OSOA. With over seven years of experience in the field of psychiatry, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, confidentiality, and utilising evidence-based techniques with an understanding of the demands of a high-pressure lifestyle. Before her training in psychiatry, she worked in Emergency and Internal Medicine.
Her experience both locally and internationally has led her to be open-minded and nonjudgemental.

SACHIN NAIDOO

Head of Medical
One of the founding members and a highly respected Neurosurgeon, Sachin oversees the medical side of OSOA.
Dr Sachin Naidoo completed his pre and postgraduate training at the University of Stellenbosch. He is associated with Tygerberg and Stellenbosch University.

MARK MAYER

Registered Financial Advisor
Mark is an independent financial adviser with 15 years experience in Financial Services.His area of expertise is wealth building.
He has extensive insight into financial markets and headed up operations for a derivatives trading company as well as launched a stock brokerage business where he obtained his JSE registered securities trading licence.
Mark has also worked in the Asset Management Industry representing a multi-award winning Global Listed Property Asset Manager, and thereafter Discovery Invest in partnership with InvestecAM/NinetyOne. Mark looked after over 400 financial advisers in the Western Cape before deciding to engage with clients directly. Mark currently serves on the SFP investment committee representing the full suite of SFP wrap funds.
Mark has been featured in the media and presented across the country on trading and investments.​

Olivia Moon is a Holistic Alignment Coach, Conscious Breathwork Practitioner, Retreat Facilitator and Yoga (550-YT) and Meditation Teacher.
Her unique coaching framework combines neuroscientific and holistic coaching tools with somatics, breathwork and practical spirituality, leading to life-changing results.
Her approach is grounded in years of on-going trainings and courses from a wide range of teachers and experts in their fields. Having undergone her own personal journey of transformation, working with her own mentors, coaches and guides, she is an embodiment of the work she shares, gifting her with the ability to meet her clients where they are at on their journey.

Didier is a passionate fitness and physical health professional. He teaches several modalities and is also a qualified Sports Masseuse.
Didi is a master of many disciplines and tailors workout programs suited to individual levels of fitness and needs. He has a unique approach to training and is a motivational and disciplined trainer who gets the best results out of his clients while always being sensitive to their needs and fitness levels.

KIM SLABBERT

Nutritionist & Dietician
Kim started her career in 2008 by studying the City & Guilds Professional Chef and Patisserie Diploma's in Cape Town, and then working as a Private Chef. In 2016 she became a franchisee with a cooking school and opened her own branch in Somerset West.
In 2018 she started her BSc Dietetics. She achieved Golden Key Society membership in 2018 and Dean’s Merit Awards in 2019, 2020 & 2021, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2021.

MAANS LINTVELT

Physiotherapist
Hermanus or “Maans” as he is known completed his physiotherapy community service year in 2016 working in multiple community clinics on the West coast villages of South Africa. Maans joined the Franschhoek practice in 2017, and immediately set to work to develop physiotherapy community service projects as part of the practice. Maans has a key role in the Physiotherapy on Farms project which he has worked hard to develop and delivers essential services to farm workers on Boschendal Farm.
Further study has begun and he is currently overloaded and excited by increase in knowledge in the certification process offered by the SASP in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Maans is committed to a year of reading, writing and learning. Developing skills excites him and adds to his rapidly developing skills as a physiotherapist.
Maans is an ETA Certified Sports Massage therapist and works with cyclists annually during the Cape Epic Endurance MTB event and at various other sporting events.

TALESZIA RAUBENHEIMER

​​Taleszia Raubenheimer is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, herbalist, and Yoga teacher currently based in Cape Town.
To her, the nervous system plays an essential role in the practical application and integration of these modalities. The lens she most often uses to view the world through is the Vagus Nerve.
Having trained with Dr. David Frawley in Ayurveda and furthered her studies in Polyvagal Theory with School of Bodywork UK, her Ayurvedic journey began in 2012 and has continually expanded with a renewed love for herbs, and food as medicine. She has witnessed firsthand that nature provides everything needed for us to heal.
She works with the 5 Koshas, or “Sheaths,” on the journey to integrative well-being, incorporating daily lifestyle practices, yoga therapy, yoga psychology, meditation, mantra, and breath work.
Ayurveda provides a path of ancient wisdom that clearly maps out how one can live a vibrant, connected life—a life filled with purpose, connection, and well-being. She specializes in Ayurveda, yoga psychology, gut health, stress management, nutrition, integrative wellness, nervous system regulation, detoxification, and lifestyle management.

Anja believes in forging meaningful connections and providing unwavering support in her client's rehab and training journeys. Inspired by Newton's First Law, she believes in motion is progress, embodying the mantra, "Just keep moving".
Biokineticists are human- movement specialists who prescribe exercise routines either as a preventative health measure or to correct a health problem such as a sports injury or recovery from disease, operation or illness.
Biokinetics focus on orthopaedic rehabilitation (strengthening of muscles to protect joints during both sport and activities of daily living), chronic disease management (cardiovascular, diabetes, arthritis etc exercise) and total wellness (lifestyle and stress management).

​ Brittany works from an eclectic, holistic perspective. Psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness form the primary practical and theoretical foundations of my work. I am also trained in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT).
